The minimum investment is due within 30 days of booking your photoshoot. When you prepay a collection, it enables you to unlock the following Bonus options that you can choose for FREE! Some of which are valued up to $600 each. You will make your final purchasing decisions the day of your ordering appointment.

Upgrades can be added on to most sessions for $500 per upgrade, for a max number of 4 in one session. Some of our premium collections below include Boudie Bank bonuses when purchased in advance.


If you choose to pre-purchase one of our 5 Collections, we will include your choice of the following in your Boudoir Experience at no additional cost. To pre-purchase, you may choose to pay in full OR set-up a Pre-payment plan.

FAQ

What are the payment options regarding the purchasing of my images?

Every client is offered a Pre-Session Payment Plan that can start as early as the day they book their session. We will also provide our clients with bonuses valued up to $600 each if they pre-pay a collection. Should you decline to set up a pre-payment plan or pre-purchase a collection, you will simply come to your Session and pay in full or use a payment option to pay for your purchase, however, you will not be able to take advantage of the bonuses. 

Can I get a payment plan at the Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment?

The minimum of $999 is due 30 days of booking your session. You will have access to all the payment options to upgrade your collection at your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment. There is no option to have a second Ordering Appointment.

What is a Pre-Session Payment Plan?

For clients who wish to discuss setting up a payment plan, we offer a payment plan phone call. Basically, how it works is, you either select a Collection to pay in full or we work within your budget and create a payment plan from that monetary amount. If there are 12 weeks before your session, for instance, you could choose to have your payment plan be automatically drafted weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly for a set amount so that when your session date arrives, your order is paid in full. In-house payment plans are offered on amounts of $1500 or higher only. Pre-session payment plans are not refundable if you cancel your session. Downgrades are also not available. You are welcome to upgrade your collection at your Image & Ordering Appointment. We will send you a separate Payment Plan contract which will outline all of the terms. Please message us if this the option you choose.

What type of Payments do you accept?

We accept cash (receive a 5% discount), credit card, PayPal, PayPal Credit, or Affirm. For Payment Plans, it must be credit / debit or PayPal Credit or Affirm. 

Can I make additional purchases at a later date?

As discussed in the session guide and your contract, we do not archive your images after your ordering appointment. Therefore, you will not be able to return and order additional images. We suggest if you are interested in anything to go ahead and place the order during your ordering appointment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

All sales are final, all payments made are non refundable. In the event that the Client decides to cancel their session, all monies paid for the Session Retainer and all payments made for the Pre Session Payment Plan are forfeited and are not transferable.

Should the client reschedule their session, per outlines in the original contract, the session retainer and all pre session payments will be transferred to the new date as long as it falls within the same calendar year.

Should at any point you decide to cease payments on your order and cancel your session, any monies paid will be forfeited. Payments may not be used as studio credit or transferred to another session or another client. By opting to cancel, you are agreeing to receiving no product, digital or physical, and no images.

Bonuses, if applicable, must be chosen by the ordering appointment. Bonuses are only available for clients who are pre purchasing a collection, and are not applicable to clients who are purchasing from the a la carte menu.

Should a bonus item or service become unavailable for any reason, the client may choose a different bonus the day of the session.

The entire balance of the Pre-Session Payment plan must be spent at the Image Reveal & Ordering appointment. If the client does not spend the entire balance, the remaining funds will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be offered on remaining funds.

The Image Reveal & Ordering appointment is your one opportunity to purchase your images. Unpurchased images are deleted 30 days after ordering appointment, Purchased images are deleted 30 days after prints have been picked up. Once deleted, discarded images are not recoverable. Should the client issue a charge back with their financial provider, the photographer will issue a claim with collections and legal action will be taken via small claims court.
